Remembering the end user is vital to developing a collaborative virtual work place. Our business has also evolved in providing a better communication system. We also use Cisco and I find it very user friendly. There is nothing worse than showing up at a meeting and spending precious time setting up the network system. Or the fear that you will not understand the set up process and have to rely on your IT department to assist you. Cisco is a true global leader.
My company does use the Cisco systems for our internal needs, Lucent for our wireless network. I have to also say that Cisco does a great job making systems simple, especially for those that do not have the IT background.
